Bergerac has had something of a Folies Bergères mood about it since the music hall opened. The 500-seat theatre in the town centre, which can accommodate 250 people for dinner shows, revives the French and Parisian music hall tradition a few steps from the River Espérance. On Fridays and Saturdays, the Cosmopolitan Compagny troupe's 15 dancers, singers and acrobats put on a dazzling show worthy of the legendary Moulin Rouge. Open year round.
